Roger is a highly experienced educational professional. Roger has creditable school leadership experience as the Principal who turned round the Brit School (CTC), taking it from 25% GCSE Grades A* - C to 82%. He has 17 years experience as an LEA adviser, inspector and service manager. Roger is a member of a number of national advisory bodies including the DCSF Groups on Independent/State School Partnerships, the Music & Dance specialist scheme, and on Music Services as well as the QCA Groups on Creativity, and on the Arts. Roger is our principal education adviser to the Enfield, Paddington, Southampton and Waltham Forest projects.
