Graham has extensive senior leadership experience working in schools and Local Authorities for over thirty years. At a school and local authority level, he has been at the forefront of implementing a number of national initiatives, such as the national curriculum, CTCs and City Academies. His portfolio includes headship experience of four schools and he has also successfully completed a number of assignments as project director and leadership consultant in both the state and private sectors.As both a Head and consultant, Graham has initiated and skilfully led school improvement projects and school reorganisations. He is also a School Improvement Partner (SIP) supporting a number of 11-19 schools and two Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) in the southeast.
