Elaine Green has experience in consultative change management/business transfers in local government, housing, schools, civil service and other statutory agencies. She has experience of trade union relations, employment law, TUPE, pay policy review. Elaine builds relationships with staff and trade unions quickly and effectively. She has experience in recruitment/selection, including psychometric profiling for job suitability. Elaine communicates aspects of employment law and good practice to help clarity and understanding.Elaine’s experience includes being former Chief Officer at the London Borough of Barnet, Director of HR for a major London housing association and Head of Personnel at the London School of Economics & Political Science, and Director of HR with Paddington Churches Housing Association. Since 1999, Elaine has provided management consultancy and interim management. Elaine acts as an independent consultant for Alligan advising on the transfer of staff from predecessor schools to Academies.
